Privacy policy
The "Become a partner" and "Join our team" sections below describe anticipated processing: they only take effect once those forms actually go live.
Data controller
Data collected on this site is processed by GEB Solutions SAS, 15 bis, rue Valentin Privé, 89300 Joigny, France (see the legal notice for the publisher's full identity).

Data collected and purposes
Quote-request form (Contact page)
- Data collected: name, email, phone, organization, message.
- Purpose: processing your request for a quote or information, and getting back to you.
- Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR Article 6.1.b).
- Recipients: GEB Solutions' sales team only. The form is sent by email, through a script hosted on GEB Solutions' own server, to the company's business mailbox, which is hosted by Google (Google Workspace). Your data is not passed on to any other third party.
- Retention period: 3 years from the last contact, per CNIL's (the French data protection authority's) recommendation for prospecting data that hasn't led to a sale.
"Become a partner" form
Anticipated processing — will apply once this form is live.
- Data collected: to be defined when the form is built (at minimum name, email, company).
- Purpose: reviewing your application to become a reseller partner.
- Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR Article 6.1.b).
- Retention period: 3 years from the last contact — the same period as the quote-request form above (same legal basis, GDPR Article 6.1.b); CNIL doesn't publish a recommendation specific to reseller-partnership applications.
"Join our team" form
Anticipated processing — will apply once this form is live.
- Data collected: to be defined when the form is built (at minimum name, email, CV/application).
- Purpose: reviewing your application for a position at GEB Solutions.
- Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR Article 6.1.b).
- Retention period: 2 years after last contact if the application doesn't lead to a hire, per CNIL's usual recommendation.
Cookies, trackers, and audience measurement
This site sets no non-essential cookies or trackers: no advertising, no social media buttons or widgets.
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure traffic (pages viewed, referral sources). This tool sets no cookies and doesn't track you across sites: traffic is estimated through a server-side calculation (IP address and user agent, combined with a random value refreshed daily), with no persistent identifier attached to you. No prior consent is required for this tool, since it sets no cookie or tracker within the meaning of Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).
Some pages include a TV report hosted on YouTube. When the page is displayed, only the video's preview image is loaded from YouTube's (Google's) servers, which receive your IP address in the process. The video player itself is loaded only if you click to play, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From that click on, YouTube may set its own trackers and process your data under its privacy policy.
Data security and hosting
The site and the script that handles its forms are hosted on the OVHCloud infrastructure used by GEB Solutions (see the legal notice). That script does not store submissions: it forwards them by email to GEB Solutions' business mailbox, hosted by Google (Google Workspace), which acts as a processor for that service. Google may process this data outside the European Union; such transfers are governed by its data processing addendum (a transfer mechanism recognised by the European Commission or, failing that, standard contractual clauses).
The audience measurement described above relies on an outside provider: to count visits, your browser loads a script supplied by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which receives the technical data listed above and acts as a processor for that purpose only. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses — see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your data, as well as a right to data portability where applicable.
To exercise these rights, contact us at info@geb-solutions.com.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
