Process
The GEB dehydrator uses a condensation system. The product is heated and stirred in a sealed tank. The closed hot-air circuit coupled with the condenser drains water by gravity. The cycle time is about 9 hours.
Technical description
The machine has a processing tank fitted with two sealed doors (loading and unloading). A shaft/paddle assembly driven by a gear motor stirs the product. The tank is heated independently of the air circuit. Heating is provided by electric resistors. The condenser, placed at the rear, drains the water. A catalytic system is placed in series in the air circuit and reduces odors. The tank and air heating regulators operate independently. The end of the cycle is automatic.

All external surfaces are polished stainless steel 316L.
