Process
By thermal dehydration using electrical energy. The system is equipped with a water-recycling technology that uses condensation and controls humidity in the processing chamber throughout the process. Processing time varies with the quantity of waste and its moisture content, and is determined automatically. The system stops and waits to be unloaded once the residual moisture level is reached. A processing cycle typically lasts between 3 and 4 hours.
Technical description
The waste storage chamber has a mechanical agitator and an insulated double wall filled with thermal oil. The lid is sealed to contain odors and minimize energy use. The system includes an airflow-management and odor-neutralization system. Only an electrical connection is needed.
